Return Policy

Your satisfaction is absolutely important to us. For standard, normally stocked balancers, we will gladly exchange or refund your tool balancer if it is in new condition when returned in the original packaging within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange a return so that you can obtain RMA paperwork and authorization. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that not-normally stocked items, special ordered items, special large quantities of standard items, and most explosion resistant balancers are subject to a restock fee. If you have a question about if your order falls into this category, please contact us to clarify. The restock fee varies from 10% to 25%, depending on the item being returned. If this is of concern, please clarify the details for the item(s) you are ordering with customer service before completing your order.

Shipping Policy

If the balancer you ordered is in stock and we receive your order on a weekday before 3pm EST, we will make our best effort to ship it the same day we receive your order. If your order is too heavy to ship by UPS or FedEx and has to go by freight carrier, please allow one extra business day for your in-stock balancer to ship.

Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed.

Balancers that are not currently in stock normally have a 20-30 day production time while they are being built at the factory in Italy. Once they are ready, standard cargo ship transit time is 3-4 weeks from Italy to the United States.

Expedited shipping by air freight from the factory is available for most balancers for an extra cost. Once the balancer is built and ready to ship from the factory it can be in the US within three to seven days. If you need your out of stock balancer shipped via air freight please contact us to discuss your needs.

We do not process orders during weekends.

There are normally no deliveries made on Sundays by the shipping methods we use.

The vast majority of our products can be shipped with a parcel carrier to a residential address. Bear in mind that these carriers charge more to ship to a residential address versus a commercial address. This difference is usually several dollars but varies by region.

For some USA and Canadian Accounts we may give you the option to ship your order using your FedEx, UPS, or common carrier account. In this case you authorize TJ SNOW / to apply your account number and agree to pay the resulting charges. Entering an invalid carrier account number or billing address may delay processing your order. If that carrier has trouble with the account information you provided, they will charge us for the shipment even though we did not charge you. Please understand that in these circumstances we will be in-touch so that we can be reimbursed for these shipping charges.
